I'Ma Lead User Experience Researcher who treats research as a strategic discipline — one that shapes product vision rather than confirming it. At Auth0 by Okta, I'm a trusted advisor to design and product leadership on the questions that move multi-million-dollar bets, from the Enterprise Developer Persona that defined product strategy to the Research AI Strategy I architected from the ground up.

The work spans academic mixed-methods research, community-centered work with nonprofits, and global consumer tech and enterprise SaaS at Google, Microsoft, and Auth0. What's threaded through all of it: navigating ambiguity, building bridges across functions, and turning user insight into the executive narratives that de-risk strategy.

What matters most is ensuring products are built not just for users, but around them. Through mentoring researchers, embedding methodological rigor across organizations, and architecting frameworks like the Rapid Research Program, I work to democratize the practice — so teams everywhere make sharper, user-centered decisions.
